The Wynnefield Heights Community Association (WHCA), formerly known as the Wynnefield Heights Civic Association, is a registered public charity 509(a)(2) with 501(c)(3) exemption status. The purpose for the association is to foster action and interaction by and between the residents and businesses of the Wynnefield Heights community. By forming strong neighborly relationships, we can ensure a safe, clean, friendly, well-maintained community where all residents can reside comfortably.
